Share Your ExperienceI was unfortunate enough to suffer an inner ear problem on Christmas Day. It was extremely frightening as I couldn’t move without feeling very sick. After visiting A&E, I was given medication and some exercises to try.
I was then advised to contact Mahender. He came to my home and performed the Epley Manoeuvre, which sorted the problem instantly. Mahender was very knowledgeable and had a genuinely caring approach.
First-class service. I’ll definitely be keeping his number in case I ever need his expertise again.
I had an inner ear problem back in September. At the time I didn’t know what was happening to me. I couldn’t move without being sick! Medication, earwax removal, cranial massage nothing was really helping. I contacted a friend who was a medical secretary and she recommended I tried Mahender. He came to my house and performed the Epley manoeuvre along with various exercises. He sorted me out thank goodness! To date I’ve not needed a follow up visit but I have his number should I ever find myself in that position again!
Following a stroke I had extreme dizziness, balance issues. 2 visits from NHS Physiotherapist with NO appreciable results. My daughter searched for help and thankfully found Mahender. He diagnosed that I actually had more than 1 problem causing my issues. This included BPPV and vestibular hypofunction along with PPPD. To cut to the point, we developed a great working relationship, I believe humour is a great leveller and relaxer and Mahender very quickly was using humour along with customised exercises and manoeuvres to encourage and get more from me especially the ‘wobble mat’. My confidence has grown too, I am now looking forward to the warmer (and dryer) weather. I have so much to thank him for!
THANK YOU.
I cannot recommend Mahender highly enough. When he first visited, my balance was so poor that closing my eyes meant I’d be on my way to the floor within seconds. Walking around in public I looked permanently worse for wear, despite being entirely sober.
Thanks to Mahender’s expertise, patience, and very methodical approach to vestibular rehabilitation, the improvement has been remarkable. I can now stand confidently with my eyes closed for as long as I like, my balance is vastly improved, and my vision feels stable again rather than constantly lagging behind my head movements.
What really stands out is Mahender’s calm confidence and ability to explain exactly what’s going on and why each exercise matters. The programme was challenging but carefully tailored, and the progress was measurable and motivating at every stage.
Living with Bilateral vestibular hypofunction (BVH) can be deeply unsettling, but Mahender has given me back confidence, stability, and a sense of normality I genuinely thought I’d lost. If you’re dealing with vestibular issues, you’d struggle to find someone more knowledgeable or more effective.
Top marks to a top man. I am so so grateful!
Mahender visited me as I was suffering from prolonged dizziness episodes for three months after a BPPV ear crystal episode. He was very respectful and understanding. After assessing my issues through many specialised exercises he discovered that my dizziness was being caused by post BPPV anxiety which can causes a type of panic attack. Since his reassurance my dizzy episodes have now completely disappeared.
Thank you Mahender 😊
I would highly recommend Mahender.I had BPPV but the doctor and Osteopath didn’t help. I saw Mahender and he did a consultation and manoeuvres and I was fixed. This was a few months ago and I am still fine. He has a lot of knowledge and experience and is professional and caring. I can’t thank him enough for.
